2026 GIG HARBOR SINGS! COUNSELOR Application

Current Spectrum Youth Chorus singers are invited to apply as counselors & junior counselors for choir day camp! We are seeking energetic, responsible, respectful teen and young adult choral musicians to staff our camp! All counselors & junior counselors help supervise and lead teams of campers while participating and helping lead (or teach!) music theory classes, rehearsals, games, crafts and more. You also perform as part of the camp choir at the concert on Thursday night at 7PM. Fill out the following application form and we will respond with confirmation details.

Highschool and college age counselors volunteer for the week (or some college students earn stipends for teaching music classes).

Middle schoolers may apply as a junior counselor - practicing good leadership under the supervision of a head counselor while still participating fully in all camp activities. Junior Counselor fee: $75 to cover all music, materials, costs and T-shirt.

There is a required staff training for all camp staff, parent volunteers, counselors & junior counselors:
2026 day camp staff training on Friday, July 24, 11:00-3:30PM.

All counselors, junior counselors and staff are also encouraged to help us set-up our camp space at Chapel Hill on Sunday, July 26 at 1:00 PM.
